Welcome to Comfort Zone ("Comfort Zone"). By using our website (https://www.comfortzonefootspa.ca) or opting into our SMS communication program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Comfort Zone SMS Messaging Program

Comfort Zone provides optional automated SMS alerts to keep our valued customers informed about their store memberships and rewards. By opting in to our text message service, you agree to receive text messages including:

  • Low Balance Warnings: Alerts when your remaining foot and body SPA package minutes are running low (maximum 1 notification per month).

  • Birthday Greetings: Annual birthday offers sent around your birth date (once per year).

  • Store Promotions: Exclusive store promotional alerts (maximum 1 message per month).

Note: Text messages are typically sent during normal business hours between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

2. Message Frequency, Rates, and Opt-Out Instructions

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service usage, up to 2-3 messages per month maximum.

  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

  • Opt-Out (STOP): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to unsubscribe from all future messages. After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent to your cell phone unless you opt-in again.

  • Customer Support (HELP): For assistance or questions regarding our messaging program, reply with HELP to any message or contact us directly at admin@comfortzonefootspa.ca.

3. User Consent

By providing your mobile number to Comfort Zone verbally in-store, via booking, or through online forms, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided and explicitly consent to receiving automated text messages as described above.

4. Liability Limitation

Carriers (such as Bell, Rogers, Telus, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
